With a capacity of 25 different mixing kettles, we offer maximum flexibility and diversity in our cosmetic production. Batch sizes vary from 1,000 to 5,000 kg. By using modern vacuum mixers, our cosmetic production has minimum air intake, guaranteeing optimal flexibility and efficiency. After production, we temporarily store your products in bulk tanks that provide a constant supply for the filling department.
Our filling department has a wide range of high quality, multifunctional filling lines and labelling machines, enabling us to fill a wide variety of cosmetic productions and cosmetic products every day. We process both hot and cold productions for our customers in virtually any variant (pots, tubes, bottles, tottles, pumps and dispensers, with many different labels), semi to fully automatically.
In order to guarantee the quality and traceability of your products at each stage, the Production department works closely with our specialists from Quality & Legal.
Corporate Social Responsibility receives optimum attention within our company. We are critical of return flows and packaging materials.
